The microwave in our unit didn't work at all, and it took too long to get a response from the staff about that. The front desk clerk was not very polite when I brought it up. It's frustrating when you expect basic amenities to function properly. Despite these issues, I appreciated the welcoming staff and their efforts to help once I spoke up. There’s a nice pool area and gym, too. I could see potential for improvement in room maintenance and customer service, but overall, my trip had its positives.
